tutorials. You can now pay a small monthly fee for the
use of our tutorials instead of buying them outright. There is
no long term contract - it's month to month. You will display
our tutorials with your logo on your site for
as long as you are subscribed.
So you would like to add DemoDemo Flash tutorials to your site
but are unsure whether to buy or to subscribe. Good question.
It really depends on your individual needs and circumstances.

Here are a few sample scenarios discussed

I just want tutorials for my control panel plus Email,
FTP and DNS. Buy or subscribe?
• You wish to add several series to your site (eg., control
panel, Email, DNS, FTP, etc.). Your decision to buy or subscribe
will depend on your personal preference. If you prefer a small
monthly payment, subscribing is the way to go. If you'd rather
just pay for a one time purchase, then buying is the logical
option. Cash flow, budget restraints and size of order all dictate
what the best solution is for you and your business.
How much do I pay when I have a logo change?
• Not a penny! When you have a logo design change, if you
have purchased the tutorials, you will pay 50% of regular pricing
to have the tutorials reproduced with the new logo. Under the
subscription model, the logo change is free (up to 2 logo changes
per year). Simply upload a new logo in your Client Area and
click to regenerate the tutorials. You'll have the new tutorial
files the same day, usually within the hour.
How much do I pay to receive updated tutorials?
• Nothing. Let's say you currently have DemoDemo cPanel
tutorials and we just released an updated series (eg., cPanel
X2 updated to cPanel X3). If you purchased the X2 tutorials,
you will pay 50% of regular pricing to update to the new X3
series. Under the subscription model, the update is
free of charge. Simply login to your account and click
to generate the new updated series. You'll have the new tutorial
files the same day, usually within the hour.
I just changed control panels in my web hosting business.
Do I have to pay more to get the new control panel tutorials?
• Absolutely not. Let's say you currently use cPanel as
a control panel. You have now switched to Plesk for your control
panel. If you had purchased the cPanel tutorials, you would
now need to purchase the Plesk series. However, under the subscription
model, you simply login to your Client Area and submit a support
ticket to switch to a Plesk Plan - free of charge. You'll have
the new tutorial files the same day, usually within the hour.
I offer more than one control panel. Can I subscribe
to multiple panels?
• Yes you can. Let's say you currently use cPanel as a
control panel so you have subscribed to a cPanel Plan. Simply
login to your Client Area and submit a support ticket to ask
that we add a Plesk Plan to your account. The great news is
that if you use more than one control panel, you are the perfect
candidate for our unparalleled Jumbo Plan which offers you multiple
control panels and much more. You will receive more than $3000
worth of tutorials for an incredibly low rate of $29.95 per
month. We call it the "No Brainer" decision.
What if I just want a few small tutorial series?
• Let's say you only wish to add a few small inexpensive
series to your site (eg., Email and FrontPage). Frankly, you
are better off buying the tutorials outright given the low upfront
cost. Even our most Basic subscription plans would be overkill
for your purposes.
