When producing your order, we embed your logo into each movie. After delivery to you, since the product is digital in nature, there is no practical way to "return" the product. As well, we display all product on our site for your inspection, so you are able to view all files prior to placing your order. As a result, we do not offer any refunds on your order once the product is delivered. The only exception is if we fail to deliver product of like kind and quality as displayed on our site, or if we go beyond a reasonable time period in producing the order.

I don't have a credit card to use. Do you accept Paypal?
Yes. On the order page, you will have the option to choose between conventional credit card ordering or Paypal. Simply choose whichever one you prefer.

What do I pay for updates when a new version is released?
When a new version of a tutorial series is released, as an existing customer you have the option to upgrade to the new series at 50% of regular pricing.

Are there any licencing agreements for the tutorials?
Yes there are. All DemoDemo tutorial product is branded with your company logo or name. This product is intended for use on your site for use by your immediate hosting customers. You are not allowed to permit third party linking to this product. In other words, if you have customers who are web hosts in their own right, they are not allowed to link to your tutorial product. They will need to purchase their own logo-branded tutorials.

Can I buy DemoDemo tutorials from a reseller?
Yes. Actually, they are Affiliates not resellers. And you will click on a link on their site and come to our site where you will place your own order. There are some unscrupulous operators out there who have tried to represent themselves as the "official resellers of DemoDemo". If you receive unsolicited email offering you DemoDemo tutorials at a reduced price, DON'T FALL FOR IT. IT IS AN ATTEMPT AT FRAUD.
